Ms. Klinghagen has over 19 years’ experience resolving complex tax issues in virtually every state taxing jurisdiction. She assists clients with discovering and effectively implementing tax planning opportunities and helping them successfully address state income/franchise and sales/use tax issues. She has managed nexus studies, state and local tax due diligence projects, and has extensive experience in tax compliance review. She has also worked with the state tax aspect of several merger and acquisition transactions.
