Her assurance work has ranged from audits for SEC and IFRS engagements to due diligence services and other agreed-upon procedures. In addition, Michelle provides technical support on complex accounting issues, advises on revenue recognition, inventory as well as matters of impairment, goodwill and merger and acquisition transactions.
