Michelle began her career in public accounting with Hein & Associates in 1999. Since that time she has primarily worked with technology and software firms, manufacturing and distribution companies, and clients in the mining sector. Michelle serves both privately held companies and publicly traded corporations, overseeing a variety of assurance engagements and consulting projects. Her assurance work has ranged from audits for SEC and IFRS engagements to due diligence services and other agreed-upon procedures. In addition, Michelle provides technical support on complex accounting issues, advises on revenue recognition, inventory as well as matters of impairment, goodwill and merger and acquisition transactions.
