UNDERSTANDING PRESENT VALUE COMPUTATIONS IN BUSINESS LITIGATION
Achieve greater knowledge of discounting and capitalization
(2 Hours of CLE Credit)

Half the length of Proving Economic Damages but with the same user-friendly format and firm authoritative basis, Understanding Present Value Computations in Business Litigation borrows the discounting portion of Proving Economic Damages, and adds the related concepts of capitalization of earnings and earnings multiples.
