Our Denver office is seeking individuals with strong intellectual curiosity to join our Litigation, Valuation and Bankruptcy Consulting Service practice area as a Senior/Supervisor.
As part of our team, the Senior/Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and reviewing documents to identify key information
- Researching accounting , finance and economic issues
- Assisting with damage models, analytical review, and financial statement analysis
- B.A / B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA Certification
- Public Accounting senior/supervisor level experience in audit or tax
- Must be able to work with a team and independently on a variety of projects
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills

Our Denver office is seeking to hire a Tax Manager.
If you are a CPA and have at least 5-7 years of recent public accounting work experience, we would like to speak to you about joining our nationally recognized firm. Successful candidates will possess ability to plan client engagements, provide tax consulting services, supervise and review work of team staff members, work closely with clients as well as internal managers and partners.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in federal and multi-state tax compliance, IRS representation and tax planning/research. Ideal areas of concentration include: S Corps, Partnerships/LLCs, Estates and Trusts, M&A, International exposure and Gift Tax.
As part of our team, the Tax Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and coordinating the flow of information with our clients
- Develop a project vision and set challenging personal and client service team goals
- Manage, develop, train and mentor staff on projects
- Conduct primary and secondary reviews of complicated or complex returns
- Research and consult on complex tax matters
- Supervise, coach, mentor and develop staff
- Recognize and inform senior management of opportunities to increase level of services to clients
- A minimum of seven years of progressive federal tax consulting and/or compliance experience in public accounting
- Outstanding experience in staff and tax management in an integrated client service team
- Proven ability to develop new business and expand services to existing clients
- Proven leadership, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Experience in Corporate, S-Corp. and/or Partnership returns
- Bachelors degree in Accounting & CPA certification

SOX 404 Professionals
We are currently seeking full-time specialists in our expanding Denver SOX Practice to non-audit SEC clients in the maintenance of 404, internal audit, financial reporting and special investigations. Applicants should have public accounting audit and 404 implementation experience in either: oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate or technology. We have one of the largest public company audit practices in the country, with other offices in Houston, Dallas, and Southern California.
