About Michael Parker

Michael joined Hein & Associates in 2017 as a principal and national leader of the firm’s Technology and Management Consulting Practice. With over 25 years of diverse experience across energy, technology, manufacturing, communications, healthcare and service industries in the ERP, HCM and Enterprise Software markets, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our customers and our practice.

Michael was most recently at a Big 4 Firm as a leader in their Cloud Solutions Practice, where he held responsibilities for customer success, practice management and revenue attainment. Prior to working at the Big 4 Firm, Michael held executive level positions at CA Technologies, Newmerix and PeopleSoft focused on consulting management, customer success, and sales.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and attained his Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation. His writing has been published in Contact Professional Magazine, and he has spoken at events for PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, Gartner, and Oracle.
